Start with a bowl of passion, flavour with a spoonful of creativity and spice with a dash of love. Cooking has to come from the heart (perhaps we have some Italian blood running through us!). Food that is prepared without passion and love will always be bland, no matter the choice of ingredients. At The Porterble Pantry we passionately adore cooking. We live it everyday testing out new flavours and exquisite combinations. Sometimes we do old favourites from granny's cookbook, sometimes we get inspiration from foreign chefs and sometimes we dream up something completely new to tantalise even the most jaded palate.
