After graduating, she ran The Rose restaurant in Fulham and worked under
Anthony Worrall Thompson at Zoe's in St Christopher's Place. From London she did a short stint in the snowy Swiss Alps before returning to South Africa to write a cooking course. Keen on more international experience, Rosebud moved to Australia for a year to experience Sydney's trend setting cuisine. She became the first female chef of
Jonah's, an exclusive restaurant at Whale Beach along Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches.
